As a network TV Presenter for over 15 years, Sally has an enviable list of credits to her name. From fronting lifestyle shows such as ITV’s “Moving Day” and “Our House”, BBC’s Real Rooms and “The Really Useful Show” to cutting her teeth as a ‘live’ roving reporter on GMTV, she is a truly versatile on-screen talent.
However, Sally’s most exciting and demanding role yet is in the landmark dating series “How to Find a Husband…and What to do if You Can’t” for UKStyle following her bold and genuine quest for love. The series gave Sally particular satisfaction as it was her original idea.
She has written and hosted fun CBBC entertainment shows like quiz/gameshow “50/50” and the multi-award winning “It’ll Never Work” as well as presenting “Record Breakers” and an impressive raft of other children’s shows for some 12 years. She’s travelled the world in search of the kookiest invention, chased after wild alligators, flown a fighter plane and gone head to head with Hollywood heavyweights such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and Pierce Brosnan and sung a duet with Sir Norman. Sally was even awarded an MBE for services to Young People through her work as an Ambassador for the Millennium Volunteers in 2003.
She is also the Head of Presentation at The London Academy of Film & TV, training young people up as TV presenters and runs workshops, teaching and mentoring new talent at Top TV Academy and young TVYP delegates at The MediaGuardian Edinburgh International Television Festival.
Her engaging personality, outrageous sense of fun and boundless energy have ensured that she’s been on our screens ever since.
