Fitness ‘guru’, gifted sportsman and professional musician,Rajko, first came to the nations’ attention on BBC’s Last Man Standing in the Spring of 2007.
Rajko was a perfect choice for ‘Last Man Standing’ which sent six western athletes to the most remote areas of the globe to live with indigenous people - whether Amazonian, Mongolian or African - to train with them and take part in all of their ancient sporting festivals. Facing real dangers, real tribes and real adventures, Rajko and his fellow athletes were put through their paces battling not only the tribesman but also each other, to see who would be the last man standing.
A spiritual action hero, Rajko rose to every challenge during his nine months filming for the BBC series (and-then-some when Discovery US put up the budget to film an extra four episodes to screen on the other side of the Atlantic at the end of 2007!).
Rajko's goal is to never stop developing in mind, spirit and body, and to inspire others to do the same. He used both his physical and mental strength to break a world record in endurance dumbbell lifting, and as a sport science graduate from Loughborough and ex-university level basketballer/volleyballer/footballer, Rajko is a gifted athlete. Pioneering his father’s Fitness 4x4 training method he also co-produced a fitness DVD, The Hour of Power, a workout class taught across the UK and growing in popularity. However, Rajko is just as passionate about writing songs and performing, and can regularly be found on stage at some of London’s top acoustic venues. He is currently releasing his first independent album and EP.
Believing that there is more to life than work and pleasure, Rajko sets out to inspire people through his music, teachings of health and fitness and extensive charity work.
The Last Man Standing comes back to the UK on BBC2 in February 2008.
