Rachael Hopper presents The Diet Coke Break every weekday afternoon on the all-new heat radio.

Following her years at Heart 106.2, presenting across the schedule from Sunday afternoons to breakfast, drive and afternoons, Rachael now broadcasts live to the nation, heat radio’s flagship show, which is packed with celebrity news, gossip, guests, competitions and the heat music mix to get you through any afternoon. .

Still firmly embedded in the GMTV sofa as the official showbiz journalist for LK Today, Rachael has previously worked at some of London's biggest radio stations including Capital Radio and Radio 1.

Rachael’s no-holds barred approach has ensured a constant presence on television from BBC Three’s ‘Liquid News’, Sky One and Smash Hits TV. She has also presented ‘2 for 2000’ (BBC 1), ‘Hype’, a live magazine show (BBC Choice), ‘Hot TV’ (Sky One), ‘Xchange’ (CBBC), and featured prominently in a DJ special on ‘The Weakest Link’ (BBC1).

Rachael started her career in Derby presenting on Ram FM and from there she worked on a number of stations: Mercia FM, Southern FM, Kiss FM, BBC Radio 1 and Capital Radio. At the same time Rachael acted as a reporter for ‘The Way Out’ and ‘Vibe!’ both on BBC Radio 5 Live.

As well as TV and radio, Rachael is a leading voice over artist fronting ads for American Express Blue Card, New Look and British Midland Airlines and works regularly for Living TV, E4, Channel 4, The Biography Channel and Virgin Megastores. Rachael has also narrated ITV1’s new season premieres and ITV2’s Soapstars Extra.
