Before becoming a television presenter, Jasmine worked for 10 years in luxury Health Clubs both in the UK and abroad, having been a qualified fitness instructor and worked as a Health Club Manager in London until she was headhunted for the position of Marketing Manager at an exclusive Health Spa in Portugal, where she lived for over 3 years.

At that time, Jasmine’s expertise in the field of Health & Beauty led to her writing regular features for many of the major English language publications in Portugal.

Not content with two jobs, she also began working with the Algarve's most popular radio station, Kiss FM, presenting her own twice-weekly live show with a host of well-known guests.

In 2003 she felt it was time for a fresh challenge, and her thoughts turned to working in television. She approached just one television production company, who immediately spotted her potential and she was selected from over 150 applicants as the presenter for Channel 4’s brand new programme “A Place in the Sun – Home or Away”.

Since then she has filmed over 100 episodes in a variety of locations all over the world, from Bavaria to Barbados, Sydney to Slovenia and Tobago to Tenerife and has proven herself as a skilled presenter, a natural with contributors and a much-loved member of the team.

Indeed, the show has become so popular that in 2007 it has moved to a prestigious “prime-time” slot, introducing Jasmine’s charms to a much wider audience!

She recently presented one of GMTV’s "Best British Getaways" series, and the response from the viewers was very enthusiastic.

In early 2006, she was invited to become a member of Tesco’s Beauty Council. Drawing on her years of experience in the Health Spa field, she has helped them to create an indulgent range of over 40 products called “Body Therapy Spa”, which will be available in stores from February 2007.

Jasmine has lots of new and exciting projects in the pipeline, and is looking forward to a bright and busy year ahead.
