V Presents is Virgin Atlantic's flagship in-flight magazine show, hosted by Sony Award winning XFM DJ and Channel 4 presenter, Lauren Laverne.

The programme showcases the top ten LPs available on Virgin Atlantic flights every month, alongside live sessions, features and interviews with the artists behind the albums... all with the quirky edge you'd expect from the world's funkiest airline.

Our client, Virgin Atlantic, wanted an upbeat, fast moving music show to reflect their young, alternative brand values. They also wanted a versatile presenter who was passionate about music, but also comfortable with introducing opera and classical artists as well as rock and pop. By getting Lauren onboard (ha ha!), and using Somethin' Else's wide music industry contacts and substantial archive, we are able to deliver a fresh magazine show with attitude unlike anything on other airlines. And with recent guests including Mary J Blige, Corinne Bailey Rae, Panic At The Disco, Pink and Franz Ferdinand, we reckon Virgin flyers should like it too.
