
Our client – the Radio Advertising Bureau – asked for a lively, informative and accessible site to support on-air activities, and we happily obliged.
We fielded votes in the poll for listeners’ favourite UK artist of all time and were alarmed to discover just how many Shakin’ Stevens fans walk among us!
But the best revelations came when we sampled the original tracks uploaded by new and unknown artists to the site’s MySpace-esque community. In the search for bright new talent in every genre, we ploughed through submissions from the sublime, the ridiculous and the downright deluded. If nothing else, this project has taught us that the UK music scene is certainly eclectic…
