07/09/06 - Somethin' Else take on two 6Music shows this weekend

This weekend sees Somethin' Else take the reigns on two of 6Music shows - Weekend Breakfast and Music Week.

We have taken over production on both shows after our successful pitch to the broadcaster a few months back.

We will be turning our hands to the station's Weekend Breakfast with Natasha, where we'll be drawing on our skills in listener interaction, knowledge of great music from the last four decades, and the huge commitment of our team, who are bracing themselves for a 5am start!

6Music also took on board our plans to remould Music News, the network's weekly magazine programme, as a multi platform, hard hitting, journalistic, kick ass show. It will be made in London and Manchester by a combined Somethin' Else/All Out production team.

Weekend Breakfast airs between 7-10am Saturday and Sunday. Music Week is on between 1 and 2pm on Sunday afternoons, and is repeated on Monday 1am 'til 2am.
