Amongst our productions are Gardeners’ Question Time and a new food panel programme The Kitchen Cabinet. We are looking for a new Senior Producer who can lead the production of both programmes. You will be expected to oversee the editorial direction of these demanding programmes, lead the production teams and produce programmes yourself. You will have strong programme making experience and an impressive record in editorial decision making. You should also have experience of managing teams and an understanding for online content and its relationship to radio output. A passion for horticulture and / or food will be an advantage, but it’s essential you can demonstrate a clear history of production for BBC Radio 4 at a senior level.
