Matt Holland is a former professional footballer having previously played for Bournemouth, Ipswich, Charlton Athletic and The Republic of Ireland. Matt represented his country at the 2002 World Cup, and covered the 2006 World Cup for BBC Radio 5 live.
Matt currently works as both a presenter and a pundit on TV & radio. He presents Late Kick Off East on BBC1 and appears as a pundit on BBC Final Score, ESPN, Premier League TV and also RTE.
In radio, he has presented on TalkSPORT and has appeared on ‘Fighting Talk’ on BBC Radio 5 live. He also works as a co-commentator for BBC Radio 5 live, and commentated on the 2010 World Cup for RTE.

Away from football Matt is an avid cricket fan and likes to think he can play a bit! He is a lover of all sports, with a particular passion for darts!
