On this week’s 6 Mix on BBC 6 Music, Dave Pearce is joined by cultural icon Boy George to talk about his life in dance music and clubbing.

From his days as a cloakroom attendant at the infamous Blitz Club, dance music has always played a pivotal role in George’s life. In this show he shares the soundtrack to his clubbing life with Dave, from Bowie to Telex, Sylvester to Strafe via the E Zee Possee and More Protein Records up to Felix and Duke from his days as a resident at Progress and Miss Moneypennys. There’s also a premiere of a new dance track he’s made featuring George Michael.
