The recent Radio Production Awards recognised four of our team as winners thus ensuring Somethin’ Else won more awards than any other company. The awards have been set up to recognise individual producers and the talents they bring to a programme. Amazingly, our winners came from four distinct and different disciplines within radio:
Russell Finch – best documentary producer
Claire Neal – best music entertainment producer
Peggy Sutton – best live music (concert) producer
Polly Thomas – best drama producer.
Also a word for Phil Harris who was nominated as best newcomer.
