Nick Coffer is a radio presenter, home cook and online video blogger.

In 2009, Nick launched MyDaddyCooks.com which soon became the hugely successful video blog it is today. The blog shows Nick and his son, Archie, cooking together in their kitchen at their home in Watford. It started simply as a bit of fun for Nick and his son, but within a few weeks, their blog had attracted a worldwide following.

Nick currently presents “Nick Coffer’s Weekend Kitchen” on BBC Three Counties Radio every Saturday from 12 – 2pm.

“My Daddy Cooks”, Nick’s first book, will be released on 26th May 2011. The book contains 100 of Nick’s own recipes  - some of which are featured on his video blog, but almost 90 are brand new recipes.
