Somethin Else will be broadening the horizons of Radio 1 yet further during 2011.

We’re delighted to have been commissioned to make another round of documentaries for their returning International Radio 1 strand, shadowing globe-trotting DJs to provide travel guides for the electronic music generation. We’ll be joining Gilles Peterson in New Zealand, Daniel P Carter in Toronto and Jaymo and Andy George in Moscow. We’ll also be attending the world’s only heavy metal cruise in 7000 tonnes  of Metal, reporting on the Wombats US tour and discovering what it’s like to be a trainee footballer in a Premier League club in Boot Boys.
