Last weekend we produced the flagship moment of Radio 1 & 1Xtra’s first ever Dubstep Takeover – the Dubstep Soundclash. We took over every studio at Radio 1 to pit four crews representing London, Bristol, Manchester and the Midlands against eachother for the Dubstep crown of the UK.

The result was a hectic and distinctive show which had a huge response from the audience, with thousands of texts and Facebook posts received and which became a trending topic on Twitter.
