Cancer Research UK (CRUK) is the world’s leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research.

We were commissioned by CRUK to produce a series of short, viral films to promote MyProjects – an initiative whereby individuals can donate money to a specific area of cancer research.

Our brief was to engage potential donors and fundraisers for specific types of cancer research by weaving together the emotional narrative of a cancer survivor’s personal story, with the motivation and research of academics working within that field - all within the short-attention-span friendly time of three minutes!

The first of these videos, for ovarian cancer, featuring Barbara and Ken Campbell and Professor Fran Balkwill, is now online, with the videos for skin and bowel cancer to follow shortly.

We love the work that we do, and in this instance it’s especially humbling to know that our digital expertise is helping to raise money that will eventually save lives.
