DJ and producer Erol Alkan returns for the final installment of his 6 Mix residency on BBC 6 Music. The founder of London’s legendary Trash night at ‘The End’, Erol is one of the UK’s most influential DJs, recently playing with LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy and Soulwax.
In the last show of his year long 6 Mix residency, Erol plays an eclectic selection of bleeps and beats including a Tiga remix of Jamie Lidelle, Joris Voorn, Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti, Spectral Display and Teenage Bad Girl. He also takes to the decks for another one of his infamous ‘secret’ mix sets in the last half hour.
Listen again to the show here until Sunday and see the full tracklist here. Tune in to the 6 Mix live every Sunday night 8 – 10pm on BBC 6 Music.
