Drummer and bandleader Seb Rochford joins Jez in the studio to discuss the music that has influenced his Mercury Music Prize nominated band Polar Bear. With tracks from avant-rockers Sonic Youth and grime artist Blacks alongside Thelonious Monk and Julian Arguelles, Seb takes us through his eclectic tastes ahead of hearing the launch gig for their latest album Peepers at the rock venue The Garage.
