We’re so excited and very proud that from 1 / 4 / 2010 we’re making a new syndicated weekly radio show and podcast with the legend that is Ronnie Wood.  Each week in a one hour programme Ronnie will deliver a playlist that comes straight from his heart, playing music that he loves and is passionate about, all accompanied by his uniquely fascinating stories, experiences and memories and using his trusted guitar to illustrate elements of the tunes played.

The Ronnie Wood Show will be on Absolute Classic Rock (Fridays at 6pm) and Absolute Radio (Saturdays at 10pm) in the UK and major stations in Japan, Canada and other territories. The podcast will be on iTunes and ronniewoodradio.com. You can follow the show on Twitter.

In the first programme Ronnie talks about being with Jimi Hendrix on his last night. It’s a cracking show and there’s more radio gold in them hills to come. The show is produced by Claire Neal.
